For this project, we partnered with developers to transform a freestanding 2,200-square-foot single-family home into a top-and-bottom condominium conversion. The scope included a full gut renovation along with a newly added second-floor rear primary suite featuring a spacious bedroom and bathroom. From initial concept through completion, we worked closely with the city, attorneys, engineers, and architects to navigate the approval process and bring the project to life. Both the design and construction were handled in-house by Vision Design, showcasing our ability to manage complex, high-impact residential transformations from start to finish.
