Vision Design Build completed the full transformation of this 6,600-square-foot commercial fitness facility, converting a former open dance studio into a modern, luxury wellness and training destination. The renovation included the construction of a welcoming reception area with a custom front desk, private offices, a professional massage therapy room, a smoothie bar, and a dedicated relaxation lounge featuring a sauna and cold plunge. Three private shower rooms were also added to enhance the member experience. Throughout the facility, we installed new commercial-grade gym flooring, modern lighting, fresh paint, and carefully selected finishes and accessories to create a clean, high-energy environment that reflects the client’s brand. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver complex commercial renovations that seamlessly combine functionality, durability, and exceptional design.
