Vision Design-Build is a locally owned design-build firm based in Ashland, MA, specializing in mid- to high-end projects. While we offer full general contracting services, our true passion lies in design and pre-construction—where vision, planning, and creativity come together to shape exceptional homes. Our goal is to reduce your stress and eliminate the uncertainty associated with your home project. We offer a clear, collaborative, and custom design-build experience. From the first sketch to the final walk-through, our team is by your side, offering clarity, guidance, and confidence every step of the way

Owner Aaron Stone, originally from Sydney, Australia, has a passion for home renovation, design, and construction. After finishing trade school in Australia, Aaron traveled to the U.S. in the early 2000’s where he continued to develop his skills in all phases of residential construction and smaller commercial construction.

When Aaron isn’t working, you’ll find him at home spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Pre-Design/Construction Agreement/Drawing Generation

We’ll create initial drawings and an agreement based on your input.

Signed Contract/Estimate

Includes:

  • Phase 1 job schedule

Necessary Deposits/Permit Applications

Deposits are collected, and permit applications are submitted.
